Shipping policy

Every kazaifai order is made specifically for the person who orders it. Because of this, each order is produced before it ships.

Processing Time

Most orders are produced within 2–4 business days before shipping.

During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, production times may be longer. If significant delays occur, we'll communicate them on our website whenever possible.

Shipping

Once your order has been produced, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Most domestic U.S. orders arrive within 2–8 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted shipping carriers, including USPS, DHL, FedEx, and their delivery partners. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on your location and the most efficient delivery method.

Shipping Delays

While we do everything possible to process orders quickly, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

kazaifai is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@kazaifai.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

We'll review the issue and work quickly to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by their country.

Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing, which is outside our control.
